3. Have one imperfect sentence

Start a sentence with "And." Use a fragment. End with a preposition. Real people don't write in perfect grammar on LinkedIn.

4. Take a stance someone will disagree with

"Hot take: most LinkedIn advice is wrong" gets 10x the engagement of "Here are 5 tips for success." AI never takes controversial positions.

5. Skip the call-to-action
